Stand long periods of time, stack white oak stave/heading pieces onto a pallet that weighs 5-10lbs. Consists of bending, stretching, twisting, pulling, pushing, climbing a few steps, eye-hand coordination, grade the wood for defects, use hands for grabbing and wrists for rotating, using tools such as tape measures and crayons. Stack wood in layers a certain way so that it will air dry. Ability to work in variable weather conditions, including cold and hot/humid conditions.
Must have a High school diplomar or GED (Required)
